Labastida, Rioja Alavesa. Tempranillo 100%
The grapes are harvested by hand during the last week of October. Fermentation is carried out at 24°C for 8 days. A prolonged maceration takes place over 3 days after the fermentation has finished. The wine is aged for 4 months in new French and American oak barrels.
Colour: Clean and bright black cherry.
Aroma: Floral and red fruit aromas stand out. Red gummy sweet finish.
Mouth: Delicious, fruity (raspberry) and hints of milk chocolate. Balanced and persistent with a long and fruity finish.
Service Temperature: 15°C.
Rice dishes, fish, fried food and appetisers.
